5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmk338 welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 24,000 Ks bonus → total balance 44,000 Ks → must wager 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks before withdrawing.
Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → total balance 820,000 Ks → must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement and expiry period, which may vary depending on the promotion.
  • If a bonus is found to have been obtained through dishonest means, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
  • Wagering restrictions may vary depending on the game type specified in the promotion.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used for gameplay.

5.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

The mmk338 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback, ranging up to a maximum of 0.8% at the Platinum level—

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier progression is determined based on the length of the player's relationship with the platform and their playing activity.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Actions

mmk338 values fair play and provides SSL encryption alongside a secure gaming environment. The following actions are violations—

  • Using bots, macros, automation software, or any third-party computer software in gameplay
  • Bonus abuse (operating multiple accounts from a shared network)
  • Money laundering or attempting to conduct fraudulent transactions

  • Participating in collusion to exploit casino bonuses
